United Landport Teknaf

Situated on 27 acres of land on the banks of Naff River at the southwest of Bangladesh, United Land Port Teknaf Ltd. (ULTPL) is a port of transit for goods between our country and Myanmar.

Winning a tender in 2006 from Bangladesh Land Port Authority has enabled us to control operations and management of the port while also signing Concession Agreement and Land Lease Agreement with the same. Since then we have undergone both infrastructural and civil development of the area, including earth filling, boundary wall construction, making pontoons, warehouses, approach roads, a passenger jetty, cargo jetty and a rest house among other things. Through significant ongoing investments, As it stands, since 2007 we have handled almost 8 million metric tons of goods with our modern facilities and maintaining a sustainable growth of 30 percent.

Since 2006, NCL undertook massive infrastructure development that includes earth filling, construction of embankment office building, warehouses, boundary walls, approach roads, jetties, passenger terminal, rest house, pontoons etc. ULPTL now stands out to be the most picturesque and comprehensive port unit providing one stop solution for exporters and importers alike.

Unimart Ltd. is a major name in the retail and service division with two of its major wings- Retails and Food & Beverages that continuously created benchmarks in their respective fields since inception. With diverse commercial ventures, United Group first introduced Unimart in 2013 as a single floor compact superstore covering an area of 40,000 SFT. This was the first of its kind retail format offering food, non-food, and general merchandise along with store-in-store counters.

Following Unimart’s success, Chef’s Table was introduced in 2018 in the heart of the most premium zone Dhaka City where food culture was reaching new heights and milestones. As eating out with friends and family has become a main avenue of leisure and entertainment, United Group pioneered a unique concept that caters to all the cravings of various delicacies, under the umbrella of Unimart Ltd. It is the first of its kind food court that carries cuisines from around the world in a single place. There is something-for-everyone to enjoy, be it with family or business meetings.
