Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.

Today, with gratitude and deep humility, we observe the 48th Foundation Day of United Group. Forty-eight years ago, a vision was born—a vision of progress through unity, integrity, and responsible growth. Today, by the grace of Allah and through the hard work of every member of the United family, that vision lives on in our successes, our innovations, and our social contributions.

This past year has brought new challenges and new horizons. Yet through every test, it has also brought moments of triumph—innovations launched, lives served, communities impacted. It is your enduring commitment, your ethical conduct, and your resilience that drive our growth and sustain our reputation.

As we celebrate today, let us also look ahead: to further uplift our communities, push for excellence, and reaffirm our duty not just to our stakeholders, but to the nation. Let us walk forward together with sincerity, courage, and the aspiration to leave a lasting legacy of positive change.

On the occasion of our 47th Foundation Day, I look back on United Group’s journey with deep appreciation. From its early steps to its present stature, this organization has grown through resilience, vision, and the tireless efforts of its people. What began as a small endeavor has become a trusted name across industries, serving communities and contributing to the nation’s progress.

Through every challenge we have faced, it has been your dedication, integrity, and loyalty that have kept United Group moving forward. Each achievement is a reflection of the collective spirit that binds us together as one family.

Forty-six years ago, our humble venture began with a vision that believes in progress in through unity, cooperation and honesty. Today, by the mercy of Allah we can stand our prestigious organization is a fruition of that vision. United Group continues to pioneer and innovate and reach new milestones on a national and international level. The success that we have is the fruit of our unwavering commitment to our business, our colleagues, our customers and our community. Through determination and hard work we hope to leave behind a lasting legacy that has a positive impact on the community

Dear colleagues,

Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.

All praises to Almighty Allah Subhanahu Wa ta’aala for granting us yet another prosperous year at United.

We are grateful to Almighty Allah and all of you for helping us navigate through a series of challenging years and consistently achieving success through upholding our commitments to our stakeholders and perseverance to excel and thrive.

This year, despite the global crisis, our nation has reached a grand milestone with the completion of the Padma Bridge. I want us all to take this moment to appreciate how far we have come and how we continue to be blessed with many new business opportunities.

As a growing business house with many ambitious projects, I expect the United family to continue upholding the values we have nurtured for decades and live up to the standards of excellence that our stakeholders expect from us.

My dear colleagues, aside from fulfilling your work responsibilities with utmost diligence, I urge you to set positive examples for all the new members of our family so that they learn and find confidence in the work they do, and help us thrive and reach newer heights.

May Almighty Allah provide us  with all the ability and opportunity to reap the fruits of His blessings, keep going forward, and continue our journey to success. May we always be under the shade of His mercy, and may all of you be blessed with a healthy, happy, and prosperous life.

44th Foundation Day Message – Chief Advisor

Dear Well-wishers and Members of United Family, 

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu.

Alhamdulillah. It brings me great joy to celebrate the 44th Foundation Day of United Group with you all today. Myself and on behalf of Founders & Directors of United Group, congratulate you all to be with us to reach this milestone and applaud you all on your individual and collective achievements on reaching this significant moment with your persistence, resilience and determination. 

Over the last few years, our company has contended with challenging moments. Thankfully, for all the hardships, United Group has prevailed through hard work and strong commitments. We continue to adopt innovative ways of attaining our vision of a world class business house for the advancement of not only our nation but all citizens who are directly or indirectly impacted by our operations. 

As a company, we must continue the progression of improvement and meaningful change. I, therefore, call on all employees to support the corporate leadership so that we may all reap the benefits of a more responsive, resourceful and effective system for creating value for our customers and beneficiaries. 

My fellow colleagues, you must build confidence, take ownership and bring growth and sustainability to the business. Those who are at the leadership role in the company are expected to work together to bring maximum efficiency and coordination to the system. You have to learn from mistakes but if you repeat mistakes that is detrimental for the company. Similarly, you have to avoid wastage. Identify weakness and strive for continuous improvement and excellence. 

Finally, May Almighty Allah provide us with both the ability and opportunity to continue our journey forward. I wish you all a very healthy, happy and prosperous life. May Allah bestow HIS infinite mercy and blessings upon us all.  Ameen.
